xCollator automatically pulls data from multiple spreadsheets and collates that data into one easy-to-use file. You can then load this file into Excel, Access or another database for analysis or storage.
Map Files Once, Gather Many Times
Specifying what data you would like to collect with xCollator is a simple as right-clicking on the relevant cells in your Excel workbook. xCollator will save your selections to a map file, which can be reused as many times as you need.
Once you have a map file, you point xCollator to the directory that contains all of your spreadsheets. xCollator will go through each of the spreadsheets in that directory and use your map to gather your data.
When this is complete, xCollator will show you your combined data file.

XLComponents gives you the ability to rearrange formula parameters across the workbook. It doesn't matter if your formula is nested inside another formula, or if the parameters themselves contain complex formulas - XLComponents will intelligently find and rearrange the parameters to your specifications.
Custom formulas often have optional parameters to make them easier to use. The problem occurs when you wish to add another parameter that isn't optional - Excel will not allow you to add the parameter to the end of the formula. Changing every cell where the formula is used would normally be prohibitive, but with XLComponents you could achieve updated formula within minutes.
